提高振动筛筛网张紧度的方法研究

摘    要:建立筛网数学模型,对筛网进行静力学分析,得出可以通过增大张紧力和增设支撑梁的方式来减小筛网的弯曲变形量,提高筛网的张紧度。然后用ANSYSWorkbench建立筛网的有限元模型并进行仿真分析,仿真分析结果同理论分析结果一致。

Abstract:This paper establishes the mathematical model of the sieve mesh and through its static analysis concludes that the degree of tautness of the sieve mesh can be improved by increasing the tension force and support beams. Then the paper establishes the finite element model in the ANSYS Workbench for the simulation analysis. On this basis, the simulation result is consistent with that of the theoretical analysis.
