南汽NJ8140.43C轻型车用柴油机的排放特性

摘    要:通过试验分析了南汽NJ8140.43C增压中冷柴油机的排放特性。指出其CO及HC排放量总的来说比较低;NOx排放量随着负荷的增大而迅速升高,高速时较低速时有所降低;微粒排放中碳烟排放占绝大部分。微粒比排放中,小负荷是有机可溶成分为主,高速大负荷时碳烟为主。

Abstract:By tests,the emission character of NJ8140.43C supercharged,inter-cooled diesel engine in Nanjing Eve-co Automotive Company Ltd.is analyzed,it is noted the CO and HC emissions are generally low,NO x emission shall be in-creased rapidly with load increasing,the emissions will be lowered when engine operates at high speed than at low speed,almost are carbon smoke in particulate emission,in particulate ratio emission,the rubbish organic soluble components is the main part under small load and the carbon smoke is the main part under large load at high speed.
