| Abstract: | This essay introduces a typical VTM （Vessel Traffic Management） mode, which is implemented in Tianjm VTS. This paper also analyzes the characteristics of the VTM implemented in Tianjin VTS,describes the results obtained in inlplementing the VTM and concludes that what Tianjin VTS implements is a typical VTM mode. |
