| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了电子海图显示和信息系统（ECDIS）和E-Navigation的基本概念，以及E-Navgaticrnr的发展对ECDIS的影响，论述了e-NavigafionS环境下ECDIs应具备的功能及其在船舶综合助航系统中的重要作用，并结合我国现状对促进ECDIS的发展提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introduction to the fundamental concepts of Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) and E-Navigation, analyses the influence of E-Navigation on ECDIS, highlights the functionalities that ECDIS should possess and the role that ECDIS should play in an integrated navigational system under E-Navigation, and puts forward some suggestions on what China MSA should do to promote the development of ECDIS in China. |
