郑西客运专线路基上双块式无碴轨道施工技术研究

摘    要:郑西客运专线渑池至灵宝段路基上采用了结构上具有高度整体性的双块式无碴轨道,其道床为现场混凝土浇筑。这种型式的无碴轨道具有便于施工、高平顺性、高稳定性、刚度均匀性好、结构耐久性强和少维修的特点。此文重点介绍双块式无碴轨道在郑西客运专线渑池至灵宝段路基上的施工工艺流程、施工方法和施工注意事项。研究表明,该施工工艺和方法适用于工点类型多,结构复杂的路基。

Abstract:On Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger dedicated line(PDL),the Mianchi-Lingbao section is basically of the bi-block ballastless track of high integrity in construction with the track bed being of cast-in-place concrete.Ballastless track of this kind is characteristic of facilitating construction;high smoothness,good uniformity in rigidity,structural durability and less maintainability.This article makes emphatically an introduction to the construction technological process,construction methods and construction precautions of the bi-block ballastless track on the Mianchi-Lingbao section of Zhengzhou-Xi'an PDL.And it shows that the construction technology and construction methods of the study are applicable to the subgrade with many kinds of work sites and complicated structure.
