郑西客运专线路基上双块式无碴轨道施工技术研究

Study on construction technique of bi-block ballastless track on the subgrade of Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger dedicated line

On Zhengzhou-Xi'an passenger dedicated line(PDL),the Mianchi-Lingbao section is basically of the bi-block ballastless track of high integrity in construction with the track bed being of cast-in-place concrete.Ballastless track of this kind is characteristic of facilitating construction;high smoothness,good uniformity in rigidity,structural durability and less maintainability.This article makes emphatically an introduction to the construction technological process,construction methods and construction precautions of the bi-block ballastless track on the Mianchi-Lingbao section of Zhengzhou-Xi'an PDL.And it shows that the construction technology and construction methods of the study are applicable to the subgrade with many kinds of work sites and complicated structure.
