铁路客车车体参数化建模研究

摘    要:车体的强度计算多采用ANSYS软件,计算功能的强大是该软件的优势,但对于大规模复杂模型来说整个计算过程中建模的时间占了很大一部分,如何提高建模速度是提高整个计算速度的关键,现就这一问题提出一种有效的新方法,即将APDL参数化语言应用到建模的过程中,针对较为复杂的问题编写相应的宏文件进行批处理,将界面操作与APDL操作相结合,以参数化建模处理为主,界面操作为辅,利用这种方法成功建立了一大型机车车辆车体模型并完成了静强度计算,用时只为界面操作的1/2,与传统方法相比大大的提高了建模的速度与精度。

Abstract:as the large- scale current calculation soft, ANSYS is used widely. In the railway, the car- body's static intensity calculation also uses ANSYS. But the time used in the modeling takes a great part of the whole course. So enhancing the modeling speed is the key point to short the whole calculation time.This article puts forward a new effective method in which the langue of APDL will be used.To the complicated problems, the relevant APDL programs will be given to solve them. The method of parameterization modeling is given the priority, while the assistant is the interface operation. And this method is successfully used in this article.The combination of the operations of APDL and the interface will improve the efficiency and the precision of the modeling.
