电弧喷涂Zn—Al伪合金涂层电化学腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:通过腐蚀电位测定、极化电阻测定、中性盐雾腐蚀试验分析锌铝伪合金涂层的电化学腐蚀性能并与纯锌、纯铝及锌铝合金涂层进行比较。结果表明,锌铝伪合金涂层的阴极保护能力和耐腐蚀性能优于锌铝合金涂层。

Study on the Electrochemical Corrosion Properties of Arc-sprayed Pseudo Zn-Al Alloy Coating

Abstract:The pseudo Zn-Al alloy coating was prepared by means of arc spraying. The electrochemical corrosion properties of pseudo Zn-Al alloy coating were investigated by using the measurement data of corrosion potential, polarization resistance and neutral salt-spraying test. The testing results showed that the pseudo Zn-Al alloy coating has better cathodic protection and corrosion resistance than the Zn-Al alloy coating.
