| 摘 要： | 设计制作试验台是为了对泥泵的主要部件“水密装置”在安装过程中进行质量控制，确保“水密装置”的安装能够符合设计要求。对设计过程的技术难点进行了分析，提出了对模拟轴的连接结构形式进行改进方案，消除了水封室水压对模拟轴的作用力，使整个试验台的转动要比原来的更平稳。 |

| Abstract: | The purpose of devising of test bed is to ensure the installation of watertight compartment meet the requirements of design which is a major part in dredge pump. Technical difficulties during the process of design were analyzed. Moreover, a scheme was provided to improve the connecting structure of the simulating shafts and in order to eliminate the water pressure on simulating shafts. Therefore, the test bed can work more steadily than before. |
