高速电弧喷涂在船舶尾轴修复中的应用

摘    要:以某推轮已磨损的左右尾轴轴颈修理为例,介绍了采用热喷涂技术修理尾轴时涂层制备方法及涂层材料的选择、涂层厚度的确定、热喷涂主要工艺过程及涂层加工等有关技术问题。该方法具有可靠、快速、经济的优点,可供修理船舶尾轴等轴类零件的维修人员参考。

Abstract:With an example of repairing of the worn left and right tail shafts of a vessel, some technical problems were introduced such as the choice of coating fabrication methods and coating materials, main thermal spraying processes and coating machining. This technique possesses the advantages of reliability, short repair period and low cost, which can be referenced for persons in charge of repairing marine tail shaft and other shaft components.
