| Abstract: | Through analyzing the mechanism of lightning and the way of destroy, the focus of the lightning protection for FPSO was summarized. The Bohai Changqing FPSO was taken as an example to bring up the direct lighting flash protective measures for the metal tower and other dangerous types of devices, which provide a theoretical and practical protection for the FPSO system about security operations at sea. |
