摘    要:分析了国内外增压器叶轮数控加工的研究现状,介绍了一种新的叶轮数控加工方法——分片侧铣加工法。阐述侧铣加工的分片原则和加工误差计算,给出了在采用该方法编写的加工软件上的运行实例。

Abstract:The numerical control machining technology of impeller has an important effect on turhocharger engine. The research improvement of the turbocharger impeller NC manufacturing technology in the oversea and domestic field was reviewed, and a new manufacturing method by using the cylindrical milling method of divide area was presented. The principle of divide area and the calculating the process error were stated. Finally, an example was given by using the software programmed with the arithmetic.
