数控车削加工仿真中的切削力预测

摘    要:利用人工神经网络模拟现实复杂系统的输入输出关系,对数控车削仿真中的切削力预测进行了研究.通过几种神经网络算法与传统的经验公式预测进行对比,找出真正适合本试验数据的算法,从而实现对切削力的快速精确预测.

Abstract:By using the characteristic of artificial neural network,the complex relation of input and output is simulated,and the cutting force forecast on CNC lathe is studied.Through comparison of several algorithms,the appropriate algorithms are found to realize forecast the cutting force faster with high accuracy.
