路面标线反光性能影响因素分析

摘    要:影响标线夜间可视性的因素很多,针对玻璃珠的成圆率、粒径范围、撒布时间与玻璃珠比重的配合问题、撒布量、折射率等问题进行了分析,同时通过实际数据论证了标线种类造成的亮度因数及成膜物对玻璃珠的黏结能力差异对标线的初始逆反射系数及持久反光能力的影响,并针对玻璃珠镀膜与标线种类的匹配问题提出建议。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the circle forming ratio of the glass beads, particle size range, the problem of spreading time and glass beads proportion, spreading amount and the refractive index. At the same time, through the actual data, it demonstrated the brightness factor caused by the marking types, the difference of the film-forming material on the bonding capacity of glass beads and the influence of the initial inverse reflection coefficient of the marking and the persistent reflective ability. To solve the problem of matching the glass beads coating with marking types, it also put forward the suggestions.
