无机结合料稳定钢渣砂路面基层材料的研究

摘    要:利用无机结合料稳定钢渣砂作为新型路面基层材料,以无侧限抗压强度作为评价指标,研究了二灰稳定钢渣砂、粉煤灰稳定钢渣砂、水泥粉煤灰稳定钢渣砂等3种路面基层材料的强度性能,并提出了各材料的最佳配合比。与传统路面基层材料进行对比,发现无机结合料稳定钢渣砂路面基层材料具有较好的强度,经济性能优良,市场应用前景广阔。

Abstract:The road base material which is made of the inorganic binder stabilized steel slag sand is a new type road base material.The unconfined compressive strength is used to be the evaluation index,the strength performances of three kinds of this road base materials,such as the lime-flyash stabilized steel slag sand,the fly ash stabilized slag sand,the cement fly ash stabilized slag sand,are studied in this paper. The optional mix proportion is also suggested.The inorganic binder stabilized steel slag sand is contrasted with traditional road base materials,and it shows the better strength performance,economy function advantage and the vast application.
