| 摘 要： | 为克服传统评价方法的不足，本文在分析干线公路过境规划影响因素的基础上，提出了规划方案的多目标、多级模糊综合评判方法。该方法通过运用层次分析法（AHP）建立评价指标体系；运用模糊统计法和定量分析法相结合，确定各评价指标的隶属度；运用频数统计法确定评价指标的权重．江苏省某县级市干线公路过境规划评价结果表明，该方法可客观地给出反映过境公路实际情况的量化指标，能够对干线公路规划方案作出合理的定性评价。

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the shortage existed in the evaluation measures, a kind of multi-object and multi-level fuzzy model for comprehensive assessing is proposed in this paper, based on analyzing the various factors impacting on the through route planning ofarterial highways.
