摘    要:为提高橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能,应用正交马歇尔试验设计,研究了ARC-13橡胶沥青混合料矿料级配和油石比对马歇尔性能指标的影响,提出了优化的ARC-13矿料级配范围,并对试件性能进行了测试.根据原材料筛分及马歇尔试验结果,确定ARC-13目标配合比最佳油石比为7.0%;ARC-13沥青混合料油石比为7.0%时,其目标配合比试验得到的各项技术指标满足规范要求.

Abstract:In order to improve the road performance of rubber asphalt mixture,the influence of gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio on Marshall performance indices of ARC-13 rubber asphalt mixture was studied by applying orthogonal Marshall tests to mix proportion design.Optimized gradation range was proposed,and some tests were run.According to the screening and test results,the best asphalt-aggregate ratio is determined as 7.0%,and the technical indices can meet the requirements of specification.
