兰新铁路大跨度系杆拱桥施工

摘    要:针对大跨度系杆拱桥施工工艺复杂、质量标准和耐久性要求高的特点,结合兰新铁路大跨度系杆拱桥施工,介绍了系梁现浇、拱肋加工及安装、钢管混凝土顶升、吊杆施工等几个关键工序的施工控制方法.实践证明:只要在施工前制定切实可行的施工方案,精心组织,就能够保证桥梁的质量和施工安全.

Abstract:Aimed at the characteristics of long-span tied arch bridge such as the construction process is complex, and quality standard and durability requirements are high, combined with the long-span tied arch bridge construction of Lanxin Railway, the construction control methods of several key steps such as tied beam cast-in- place, rib processing and installation, concrete filled steel tube jacking construction, and hanger construction were introduced. It is shown that if an elaborate construction scheme is made before construction, and the construction is organized carefully, the quality and safety of the bridge would be ensured.
