| Abstract: | Illegal sand mining endangers the stability of the river bank ,prevention of flood and navigation safety. Despite of the dangers mentioned above, illegal sand mining still happens. It is important to find an effective way and take effective measures to control the illegal sand mining and establish a long-term effective control system on sand mining. |
