摘    要:虚拟现实技术是一项新型的计算机图形技术,虚拟现实技术能在计算机上创造出逼真的仿真效果,对现实行为进行计算机模拟.并行设计是一种从整体考虑产品生命周期的设计方法.将虚拟现实技术应用于并行设计是工程设计的一大突破.文中研究和论述了基于虚拟现实技术的船舶并行设计的原理,关键技术及其性能评估方法.

Abstract:Virtual reality (VR) is a new type of computer graphic technology and can create vivid effect of fact work.The concurrent product design is a way to consider of the whole function of the product.It is a breakthrough of the concurrent engineering design to apply the virtual reality technology to concurrent design.The principle,architecture and its key technology and the way of evaluation for ship concurrent product design based on virtual reality were studied and related in this paper.
