桥面铺装用环氧树脂沥青混凝土细微观结构的低温性能研究

摘    要:以桥面铺装用的水泥乳化环氧树脂沥青(CAE)混凝土为研究对象,对环氧树脂沥青混凝土细微观结构的低温性能进行了研究。结果表明,在CAE微结构中,环氧树脂和沥青均形成网络结构,且形成相互穿插的网络结构;水泥颗粒连接沥青和环氧树脂,起连接介质作用。CAE胶结固化后,会构成3个界面,其中,不发生化学反应的界面为沥青环氧树脂、水泥沥青界面,其界面粘结作用包括机械啮合、物理吸附等;环氧树脂和水泥界面间粘结主要为水化产物Ca2+的化学键合及水性环氧树脂中酯基水解产生羧基,环氧树脂含有大量极性基团,在水泥颗粒表面紧密吸附,环氧树脂和水泥界面粘结强度较高。

Abstract:The Cement Emulsified Epoxy Resin Asphalt(CAE)concrete used for bridge deck pavement is taken as the research object,and the low temperature performance of the microstructure of the epoxy resin asphalt concrete is studied.The results show that in CAE microstructure,epoxy resin and asphalt both form network structure and interpenetrate with each other,forming interpenetrating network structure;cement particles are respectively connected by epoxy resin and asphalt,which play the role of connecting medium.After CAE cementation and solidification,cement epoxy resin interface,cement asphalt interface and asphalt epoxy resin interface are formed.There is no chemical reaction between asphalt epoxy resin and cement asphalt,and the interfacial bonding is mainly mechanical meshing and physical adsorption;the bonding between epoxy resin and cement is mainly the chemical bonding of hydration product Ca2+and the hydrolysis of ester group in waterborne epoxy resin to produce carboxyl group.Epoxy resin contains a large number of polar groups,which are closely adsorbed on the surface of cement particles The bond strength of the mud interface is high.
