摘    要:为解决船舶轴功率测量中非接触供电、高精度扭矩采集和无线数据传输的实时性、可靠性问题,设计一套测量系统。该系统为实现非接触供电设计了一套无线感应供电装置,为实现高精度扭矩测量采用了24位高精度和低噪声AD转换芯片CS5532,为保证数据传输的实时性和可靠性采用了2.4 GHz无线数据传输技术。此外,通过扭矩校准试验来验证该系统的测量精度,试验表明该系统达到设计要求,满足船舶轴功率测量需求。

Abstract:This system is designed to solve the wireless inductive power supply, the high precision torque measurement, and the reliability wireless data transmission in ship shaft power measurement. In order to realize the high-precision torque measurement, the system adopts 24-bit high-precision and low-noise AD conversion chip CS5532. At the same time, in order to ensure the real-time and reliability wireless data transmission, the system use 2.4GHz wireless data transmission technology. The system calibration accuracy was verified by the torque calibration test on the 50 kNm (U = 0.05%, k = 3) standard machine in Shanghai Marine Equipment Research Institute Torque Calibration/Test Laboratory. The tests shows that the system meets the design requirements and meets the requirements of ship shaft power measurement.
