摘    要:从直线电机屏蔽层出发,研究屏蔽层涡流场的分布、不同频率对屏蔽层涡流损耗的变化情况以及屏蔽层开孔是否带来涡流集中,并将矢量电位法计算和有限元分析结果与试验数据进行对比,验证分析的正确性。

Shielding layer eddy current and aperture analysis of linear induction motor
Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the research of linear motor is active again, and the use of linear motor is increasing. In this paper, the distribution of the vortex flow field in the shielding layer is studied from the point of the shielding layer of the linear motor. The variation of the eddy current loss at different frequencies and the opening of the shielding layer will not bring about the concentration of the eddy current, and the accuracy of the analysis is verified by the comparison of the results of the vector potential and the results of the finite element analysis with the experimental data.
