In shipping transportation, it has important and actual meaning for the safe of vessel, per- son, cargo and environment to solve the calculating verification problem of the security of unstable scattering cargo. By analyzing the interaction between scattering cargo and support component, get- ting the action force and bending moment that the support component received, comparing the differ- ence between the maximum bending moment and bending moment permitted on the scattering cargo, we can use calculation method and object programming language C# to verify the rationality and safe- ty of the security plan about the unstable scattering cargo.
