| Abstract: | It is a major content of the technical management of beacon lights to precisely measure the effective light intensity of the rhythmic light of beacon lights. The paper briefly introduces the current situation of the measurement of the effective light intensity and the existing problems. It studies the necessity for such measurement and proposes methods for the direct measurement of the light intensity under the flash status.Furthermore, it probes into key technical problems one by one and provides technical conclusions. The method is highly targeted for improving the measurement of the effective light intensity of flash beacon lights in China. |
