Exploration on People Oriented Maritime Administrative Online Service

The emergence of online maritime government services is based on the birth and wide application of the Internet.In 2020, in order to overcome the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, online maritime government services have been developed rapidly, and have increasingly become the mainstream of government service. Therefore, in the absence of faceto-face interaction between people, it is necessary to study the approach to adhering to people orientation in online maritime government services. This paper analyzes the relationship between the emergence of the online maritime government services and the promotion of people orientation in maritime government service from the perspectives of the characteristics of the online maritime government services and the Marxist people-oriented concept, and tries to discuss the development of people orientation in maritime administrative online services from the angle of mechanism construction.
