大巴沟隧道排矸石的综合利用

摘    要:通过试验测定大巴沟隧道排矸石的物理力学指标,发现其为质量很好的花岗岩。为了进一步研究其力学性质,将其粉碎后,作为粗骨料配制成高强混凝土、钢纤维混凝土、聚合物水泥混凝土,并测定其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度等力学指标。利用均匀设计方法对试验结果进行优化,可得到在此试验条件下,排矸石高强混凝土的抗压强度值可达到90MPa,钢纤维混凝土的抗拉强度可达到9.378MPa,具有推广利用价值和显著的社会效益、经济效益与环境效益。

Thynthetic Utilization of Gangue for Dabagu Tunnel

Abstract:By test,the physics indexes of gangue for Dabague Tunnel have been determined,and it has been discovered that gangue is a kind of nice granite in quality. So as to further research on its mechanical property,it,after crushed as coarse aggregate, is compounded into high strength concrete, wire reinforced concrete, polymer cement concrete, and there are determined their mechanical indexes, such as compressive strength, compressive strength for plitting etc. The tested results are optimized by balanced design, under these circumstances the value of compressive strength of high strength gangne concrete may amount to 90MPa,while the value of compressive strength of gangue wire reinforced concrete- to 9.378MPa,which possess spread value,marked social utility ,economic utility and environmental utility.
