滚挤压抛光工艺在曲轴加工中的应用

摘    要:介绍了滚挤压抛光工艺在CA488型发动机曲轴加工中的应用。与砂带抛光工艺的区别是,该工艺采用了使金属表面塑性变形的方式来提高零件表面疲劳强度,降低表面粗糙度,改善沉割圆角处的应力分布状况,并可取消校直工艺,简化工艺装备,节约设备投资,降低工具消耗。此工艺也适用于其它的轴类零件加工。

Abstract:Application of the rolling extrusion polishing technology in the crankshaft processing of model cA488 engine is presented. The difference betweer this technology with band polishing is that this technology utilizes the manner of plastic deformation of metallic surface to reduce the surface roughness and to improve the distribution of stress at the fillet of the crank pin so as to promote the fatigue strength of the workpiece. Conseguently the process of straightening correction may be eliminated, investment may be decreased from equipment simplification and tool consumption reduction. The technoloqy may also be employed in other kind of shaft workpiece processing.
