Special Hydraulic Machine for Forming Automotive Brake Block

The structure, working principle and specifications, etc. of Model JFY200-2000kNspecial hydraulic machine used for forming the automotive brake blocks,are presented in this paper.the main body of the hydraulic machine is a plate-frame structure for which is easier to install,adjustand maintain,the automatic progratn for each working cycle of ifs electric system is controlled by PCmachine with the feature of higher automation. The machine is also fitted with either single directionor double direction working table on which the automatic ejectors are installed,and has a higher production efficiency of 240~360 pieces of cold brake blocks to be pressed per hour.
