汽车维修及其评价指标

通过对汽车可维修性的分析，提出了评价维修性的两项指标。认为，平均维修性时间和维护度是评价维修性的两个定量指标，若要提高维修性必须减小平均维修时间和增大维护度，因此生产厂家在产品设计时必须考虑减少保养项目、零部件方面拆装及提高总成标准化、通用化等问题。

Motor Vehicle Maitenance and Its Evaluation Parameters

Through anlysing the maintainable characteristics of motor vehicles,two parameters for evaluating the maintainability are proposed. It is realized that arerge man-hours of vehicle maintenance and repair,and the degree of maintenance are too guantitative parameters in evaluating the maintainability. In order to improve the maintainability,averge man - hours of vehicle maintenance and repair must be reduced and the degree of maintenance should be extended,so that when manufacturer designing a product,some points should be considered,for example,reducing of maintenance items,reducing of assembling and disassembling of parts and components,as well as standardization and generalization of assemblies ets.
