单面焊双面成型焊接技术在大型进口汽车部件上的应用

进口的大型吊车、载货车和自卸汽车，长期使用后，出现部件断损现象，在实践中采用单面焊双面成型工艺进行焊补。对于大梁采用局部控三角镶块焊接，然后外加加强板的方法修补；对于后桥壳采用气割“V”型坡口焊接，外加瓦片状加强块的方法修补；对于吊臂采用控菱形镶块焊接，外加加强板的方法修补。采用上述技术方法后，在实际中收到了明显效果。

Application of Welding Technique of Single Face Welding with Double Face Completion to Large Components of Imported Motor Vehs

The technique of single face weding with double face completion has been adopted in practice for repairing the imported heavy crane,tractor trailer,truck and dumper on which breakage or wear has appeared after long duration operation. For vehicle frame repniring,the method of cutting triangular slot with inlaid panel welding has been adopted and strengthening panel covered on it ofterwards for rear axle housing,the"V"shaped groove gas torch welding has been adopted with tile lide strengthening panel covered outside; for crane arm,the method of cutting rhomhic shaped slot with inlaid panel welding and corering with strengthening panel outside has been used. Remarkable result has been achieved in practice from adopting the above technique.
