| Abstract: | This paper discusses the harmful factors and their effects to the safety of oil terminal by which probably a large-scale desiccated cargo ship berthed for operation while there is not any oil ship halting or operating on this terminal. After that this paper puts forward a safeguard and management measures for oil terminal in order to provide a scientific basis of safety technology for the transforming from oil terminal to common one. |
