摘    要:针对废胶粉改性沥青储存稳定性较差、黏度大、对施工温度要求高等缺点,采用双氧水对废胶粉表面进行氧化改性,以双氧水用量、处理温度、处理时间及胶粉目数为因素各自选取4个水平进行正交试验。采用软化点、5℃延度、25℃针入度、离析试验、弹性恢复试验和180℃布氏旋转黏度作为考核指标,以极差分析与方差分析作为分析手段,系统研究了胶粉的表面氧化对废胶粉改性沥青性能的影响规律,并优化工艺参数。研究结果表明,双氧水处理废胶粉改性沥青的最优工艺参数组合为:双氧水用量70mL,处理时间4h,处理温度80℃,废胶粉目数40目。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of waste rubber powder modified asphalt,such as poor storage stability,high viscosity,and high construction temperature requirements,the surface of waste rubber powder is oxidized with hydrogen peroxide.Four levels of the factors are respectively selected to carry out orthogonal test in terms of the volume of hydrogen peroxide,processing temperature,processing time,and the number of rubber powder.The softening point,the ductility at 5℃,the penetration at 25℃,the segregation test,the elastic recovery test,and the 180℃ Brookfield rotational viscosity are used as assessment indicators,and the analysis methods of range and variance are used to systematically study the effect of surface oxidation of the rubber powder on the performance of waste rubber powder modified asphalt,and the process parameters are optimized.The results show that the optimal process parameter combination of hydrogen peroxide treatment of waste rubber powder modified asphalt is:the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 70 mL,with the treatment time being 4 h,the treatment temperature being 80℃,and the mesh number of waste rubber powder being 40 mesh.
