高速公路水泥土搅拌桩加固效果室内试验研究

摘    要:通过室内试验对水泥土搅拌桩加固效果进行研究,试验结果表明,水泥土搅拌桩能够较好地提高原状土的强度,改善地基的力学性能,提高地基承载力,减少沉降量。干喷法早期强度较高,但7d后强度增长缓慢,其最终强度略低于湿喷法。湿喷6翅搅拌比湿喷4翅搅拌更为均匀,其加固效果也优于湿喷4翅。湿喷法桩身强度无明显变化,但干喷法随着深度加大其强度将降低。

Abstract:In this paper, the strengthening effect of cement-mixed piles has been studied through laboratory experiment. Experiment results show that cement-mixed piles could significantly promote the strength of the undisturbed soil and mechanical properties of the ground, improve the bearing capacity of foundation and reduce the settlement. Using dry-spraying method, the cement-mixed pile gets high compressive strength in the early state. But its strength imporves slowly after 7 days, and the ultimate strength is lower than wet-spraying method. Applying dry-spraying method, six wings could get better uniformity and strengthening effect than four wings. The strength of the cement-mixed pile doesn't change significantly with the depth using wet-spraying method, while the strength decreaes greatly with the depth using dry-spraying method.
