| 摘 要： | 本文概括性介绍了汽车零部件环境存放试验三个方面的影响因素,分别为试验中的环境条件因素(温湿度)、零部件的工装夹具和温湿度环境试验设备。环境条件因素概述了温度和湿度对零部件材料、结构等的作用机理,工装夹具方面介绍了汽车零部件工装的设计以及零件与工装的安装匹配,试验设备方面介绍了目前实验室常用的环境箱的结构特点及使用时的注意事项。

| Abstract: | This article briefly introduces the three influencing factors in the environmental storage test of auto parts,which are the environmental conditions(temperature and humidity)in the test,the fixtures of the parts and the temperature and humidity environmental test equipment.The environmental condition factors summarize the mechanism of temperature and humidity on the material and structure of parts and components.The tooling and fixtures introduce the design of auto parts tooling and the installation and matching of parts and tooling.The test equipment introduces the environmental chamber commonly used in the laboratory,and the structural characteristics and precautions for use. |
