| 摘 要： | 近些年,随着我国经济水平提升,我国汽车行业得到了迅猛的发展,人均汽车保有量快速提升,相应的社会上对具有高水平专业性汽车维修人才的需求量越来越大。笔者基于对当前汽修从业人才的具体情况进行分析,就中职汽车维修专业技能型人才培养的多维模式进行探析,以期可以为中职汽修人才有效培养提出一些好的建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the improvement of China's economic level,China's automobile industry has been developing rapidly,the per capita car ownership has been rapidly improved,and the corresponding social demand for high-level professional automobile maintenance personnel is increasing.Based on the analysis of the specific situation of the current auto repair professionals,the author analyzes the multi-dimensional mode of the training of the professional skilled personnel in the secondary vocational automobile maintenance,in order to put forward some good suggestions for the effective training of the auto repair talents in the secondary vocational school. |
