新能源汽车高压互锁系统的原理及故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:随着社会的不断发展,使得新能源汽车在汽车行业得到了迅速的发展。和传统的汽车相比较,新能源汽车具有高压系统,其产生的电流对汽车的互锁系统和安全使用提出了更多的要求。因此,应当按照新能源汽车的实际要求,保证高压互锁系统的性能,并且及时的解决存在的故障问题,提供系统的稳定性。本文主要对新能源汽车高压互锁系统的应用发展现状及原理进行概述,进一步说明了高压互锁系统的故障问题和相应的处理方法,从而保证新能源汽车的高压部件接触安全。

Research on the Principle and Fault Diagnosis Technology of High Voltage Interlock System of New Energy Vehicle

Abstract:With the continuous development of society,new energy vehicles have developed rapidly in the automotive industry.Compared with traditional automobiles,new energy automobiles have high-voltage systems,and the current generated by them imposes more requirements on the interlocking system and safe use of automobiles.Therefore,in accordance with the actual requirements of new energy vehicles,the performance of the high-voltage interlocking system should be guaranteed,and existing faults should be resolved in time to provide system stability.This article mainly summarizes the application development status and principles of the high-voltage interlocking system of new energy vehicles,and further explains the fault problems of the high-voltage interlocking system and the corresponding treatment methods,to ensure the safety of the high-voltage components of the new energy vehicle.
