| 摘 要： | 基于J2EE架构的高可用性地铁运营服务热线系统,将交换机技术、计算机集成(CTI)技术、数据库技术、GIS技术和管理科学等融于一体,实现地铁运营服务热线经济、高效、全面的用户接入服务和信息资源的全面共享.介绍J2EE平台架构和地铁运营服务热线的需求,系统总体结构设计、关键体系架构的设计及实现过程,通过实际应用验证系统具有良好的稳定性、扩展性、维护性和实用性.该系统对今后同类系统的设计、开发和实现有一定的指导意义和参考价值.
