摘    要:针对船舶吃水难以精确测量问题,研制手持式智能船舶吃水及载重测量仪,利用激光测距方法,采用多点测量措施来消除波浪和浮态产生的纵横倾斜对船舶吃水测量的影响,能够较为精确地测量船舶吃水,从而计算出船舶的载重量。

Abstract:The ship load used to be estimated according to its sea gauge.The ship is influenced by water-wave,floating state and other factors when it docks harbor,so its sea gauge can not be precisely measured easily.This paper develops an intelligent measure instrument of ship sea gauge and load to solve the problem of the ship sea gauge measure.With the method of using the multi-point measure and the laser ranging,the influence of ship sea gauge measure produced by water-wave and vertical-horizontal incline of ship can be eliminated.The ship sea gauge can be measured precisely and the ship load can be worked out.
