跨既有铁路客专连续梁现浇施工支架设计

摘    要:跨越既有铁路的连续梁,因受工期的限制,由悬臂灌筑法改为支架现浇法,采用贝雷支架跨越既有铁路,能满足施工中承载力、强度和刚度的要求。以迁菱铁路连续梁现浇施工为例,对碗扣和贝雷支架的力学特性进行了检算,为类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:The continuous beams crossing existing railway is constructed by cast-in-place with support rather than cast-in-place cantilever construction due to the time limit of the project.Taking the continuous beam of Qianling railway as example,bailey bearing-bracket is adopted for crossing railway constructed,its bearing capacity,strength and rigidity could satisfy the construction request by calculating bowl and bailey bearing-bracket's mechanical character,the result provides references for the similar projects.
