基于基因遗传算法的车轮踏面优化

摘    要:
结合遗传优化算法与车辆动力学仿真,对车轮踏面进行动态优化。建立了与车辆系统关键动力学指标相对应的适应度函数,根据优化目标选择加权系数形成综合适应度函数。以磨耗形踏面作为父本踏面,生成初始踏面群体,使用动力学软件SIMPACK计算不同踏面个体对应的动力学指标,用基因算法对各踏面个体的适应度进行评价,选择适应度较高的踏面进行交叉和变异操作形成新的踏面群体,如此进行数代遗传优化得到了适应度较高的踏面形状。
