| 摘 要： | 根据地铁运营的特点及国家地铁建设法规及运营标准的要求,比较全面、系统地构建地铁运营安全评价指标体系.为了弥补现有地铁运营安全评价方法的不足,建立以可拓法为核心的地铁运营安全的多级可拓评价模型.并以北京地铁某线路为实例,确定该线路及其运营子系统的风险等级.针对评价结果提出预防地铁运营事故的有关对策,为我国地铁运营安全综合评价提供一种新的评价方法.理论分析和实例计算表明:该方法在地铁运营安全评价中有较好的适用性.该项工作可为我国地铁运营安全评价的深入研究提供参考.
