| 摘 要： | 随着铁路行车安保设备的不断更新和安全管理制度的不断完善,铁路行车事故呈直线下降趋势,人为作业事故明显减少,但机务调车事故却一直居高不下,成了当前机务系统安全亟待解决的难点。在经过深入调查的基础上,从调车安全事故发生的原因和存在的主要问题进行思考和分析,提出了解决的建议和措施。
