桥梁结构粘贴钢板加固法系统研究

摘    要:结合桥梁结构特点,对主梁受弯、受剪和受拉的承载力不足采用粘贴钢板代替增设的补强钢筋,提高桥梁的承载能力。对粘贴钢板加固法的适用条件、材料要求、力学特点、设计计算、构造措施、工序质量控制及加固工程质量检验评定方法等方面进行了系统研究,此外提出的工序和质量控制对实际加固工程具有指导意义。

Abstract:According to structure characteristic of bridge,deck slab with externally-bonded replaces enhancing reinforcement to the main beam that shear,flexural and tensile capacity is not enough,so bearing capacity of bridge can be improved.These aspects systemicly are researched such as the applicability condition,material demand,mechanical property,design calculation construction measure,quality control of working procedure,method of inspection and assessment of engineering quality,ect.The provided working procedrue and quality control are significative to consolidating projects.
