基于多信号模型的舰船电子装备测试性分析和评估

摘    要:针对舰艇电子装备测试性设计特点,结合一种简单而有效的系统建模表示方法多信号模型,提出采用一种基于多信号模型的舰艇电子装备的测试性分析和评估方法.并以某型舰船电子装备为例,应用TEAMS软件平台,从系统的多信号模型建立、测试性分析和测试性诊断能力评估三个方面介绍了舰船电子装备的测试性分析与评估技术应用,为对舰船电子设备进行测试性设计指标进行评估探索了一种有效的技术途径.

Abstract:Aiming at the the testability of the shipborn electronic equipments,combining a simple but efficient knowledge representation method multi-signal model,a new approach to analyze and evaluate shipborne Electronic Equipment testability based on multi-signal model is proposed.With analysising an illustration and using the application of TEAMS,the process of system testability analyzing and evaluating,including system's multi-signal model construction,is also introduced in detai.
