摘    要:分析了实车碰撞试验电测量系统数据及误差传递路径;研究了由压阻式加速度传感器及多通道数据采集系统构成的实车碰撞试验电测量系统的测量不确定度;分析了各子系统对总不确定度的影响;照现行规范对系统测量不确定度进行评定。研究可为GB 11551标准中数据通道测量不确定度的评估提供实践参考。

Abstract:The data and error transfer paths of electrical measuring systems in vehicle crash test were analyzed;the uncertainty measurement of an electrical measuring system constituted by a PR accelerometer and a multi-channels data acquisition system was studied.Influences of subsystem on the overall system uncertainty were analyzed;the measurement uncertainty of electrical measuring system was evaluated according to regulations.The study could provide practical references for the measurement uncertainty evaluation of data channel in GB11551.
