基于西门子PLC的集装箱岸桥实训平台设计

摘    要:通过开发设计集装箱岸桥实训平台,在整体结构和工况基本不变的基础上将实际的集装箱岸桥按比例缩小模型化,电气控制系统采用西门子S7-315 PLC、MM440变频器以及西门子PROFIBUS-DP现场总线,联动台上的操作装置与实际集装箱岸桥基本一致.该实训平台能够较好地提高港口机电类专业学生操作维修以及安装调试集装箱岸桥的专业技能.

Abstract:The training platform scales the actual container gantry cranes on the basis of not changing the overall structure and the working condition. The electric control system adopts Siemens S7-315 PLC and MM440 inverter and Siemens PROFIBUS-DP, linkage operation device on stage and the actual container gantry cranes are basically identical. The training platform can improve students' professional skills of operation, maintenance, installation and debugging of container gantry cranes.
