北仑电厂码头卸船机作业效率的数学模型研究

摘    要:卸船作业效率主要受到货票数、卸船机形式的差异、作业安排顺序以及船型和舱口形状等多种因素的影响。尤其是桥式抓斗卸船机的结构形式对卸船效率有十分重要的影响。采用北仑电厂自备码头2011-2012年两年的卸船作业样本数据,用统计理论和回归分析,从定量的角度得出小车结构式的卸船机有比较高的作业效率及其数学模型的表达形式,为卸船机的选型提供借鉴。

Abstract:Unloading efficiency would be influenced by multi factors, such as waybill numbers of arrived cargoes, difference of unloader type, operating procedure etc., especially the structure of bridge crab unloader. Taking unloading example data in 2011-2012 of Beilun Power Factory own-possessed terminal, with statistics theory and regression analysis, a conclusion has been got that the unloader with trolley structure has higher operating efficiency and its mathematics model form from ration angle, which offers reference of type-choice for unloader.
