宁波城市轨道交通项目合同管理探析

针对城轨交通项目的特点并基于宁波市轨道交通工程合同管理的经验，提出了城轨项目合同管理目标，即“规范化、体系化、动态化”：对宁波轨道交通起步4～5年来的合同管理工作进行了回顾与总结，在此基础上对城轨项目合同管理在“规范与效率的平衡、合同管理与技术管理体系的一体化、合同管理与项目周期的紧密契合”等3个方面进行了进一步的提升和优化。

Discussion on Contract Management for Ningbo Urban Rail Transit Project

With the characteristics of urban rail transit projects and the experience of Ningbo urban rail transit construction contract management, the urban rail project contract management objectives are proposed, namely standardized, systematic and dynamic, review and summary of contract management in the recent 4 to 5 years are made by Ningbo urban rail transit. Based on it, the three aspects of urban rail project contract management in the balance of specifications and efficiency, contract management and technology management system integration, close fit-in of contract management and project cycle are further improved and optimized.
