盾构开挖区锚杆(索)快速清除施工技术

摘    要:锚杆(索)侵入盾构隧道开挖范围内,可能使盾构施工面,I岳刀盘被缠住,刀具损坏,螺旋机被卡和被迫开仓检修等施工风险。为保证盾构施工安全、顺利通过锚杆区,在盾构施工前必须完全清除开挖面范围内的锚杆(索)。文章针对地面交通繁忙、地下管线密集、地表施工场地小、工期紧等工程特点,提出了人工挖竖井+横导洞的锚杆(索)清除方法。该方法应用于武汉轨道交通4号线某标段,成功清除了隧道开挖范围内的267根锚杆,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Bolt penetrated tile shield tunnel excavation zone may entangle shield cutter head in the construction face, causing tool damage, screw machine jam and tbrced opening for repair and other construction risks. In order to ensure the safety of shield construction and pass the anchor zone smoothly, bolt (cable) within the scope of excavation face must be completely removed before the shield construction. Aiming at the engineering characteristics of heavy surface traffic, dense underground pipeline, constrained area at metro construction site and tight schedule etc., the paper proposes a method of manual digging shafts + transverse pilot tunnel to removal bolt (cable). The method was used to one section of tile Wuhan rail transit lille 4, successfully cleared 267 bolts in the tunnel excavation, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
