客车正面碰撞安全性仿真分析

摘    要:根据所建立的客车有限元模型,进行其正面碰撞仿真分析。针对客车前部吸能区短、发生正面碰撞时吸能效果差的特点,提出在客车前部增加吸能模块的设计方案。仿真结果表明,前部吸能模块能吸收大部分碰撞能量,使整车的耐撞性能提高,使乘员的损伤风险降低,表明所提出的改进方案是有效的。

Abstract:In this paper, the FE model is founded and the front impact simulation is analyzed for a bus. According to the short area and the weak ability absorbing impact energy when the front crash happening, the paper puts forward a design scheme of adding the energy absorbing module on the front of the bus. The simulation results indicate that the energy absorbing module absorbs the most crash energy, improves the crashworthiness of the bus and reduces the risk of occupant injury. So the improving design is effective.
